Part-time Property Manager
Chicago's premier property management company is now hiring once again! Breakaway Management specializes in condominium, townhome, and homeowner association management in Chicago and surrounding suburbs. We currently have a part-time position available for a property manager.

Experience
  • At least 1 year of condominium association management experience required
  • CMCA certification and CAM license preferred

Responsibilities
  • Enforce rules & regulations
  • Attend board meetings
  • Prepare maintenance calendar
  • Assist with preparation of annual budget
  • Answer phone calls from residents including emergency phone calls during after hours
  • Follow up with delinquent residents
  • Handle and coordinate move-in/out requests
  • Handle service requests and create work orders for vendors
  • Submit and analyze bids from vendors for various projects
  • Coordinate maintenance with vendors
  • Inspect projects at completion and approve completed work before issuing payment
  • Oversee administrative, maintenance, and janitorial staff
