in Chicago and surrounding suburbs. We currently have a full-time position available
for an administrative assistant.

About the Role
This is a full-time position (40 hours) working out of our Evanston office.
Job Functions
- Customer service (answering phone calls, emails, etc.)
- Provide back-office support to property managers (printing & mailing, insurance renewals, etc.)
- Address general accounting questions from managers, clients, and vendors
- Process closing requests (condo questionnaire, 22.1 disclosure, etc.)
- Assist with accounts receivable and collections
Requirements
- Must have strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products and web-based applications
- Knowledge of condominium and homeowner associations preferred
- Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred
Compensation
- Starting at $22/hour based on experience
