Chicago's premier property management company is now hiring once again! Breakaway Management specializes in condominium, townhome, and homeowner association management in Chicago and surrounding suburbs. We currently have a full-time position available for an administrative assistant.

About the Role
This is a full-time position (40 hours) working out of our Evanston office.

Job Functions
  • Customer service (answering phone calls, emails, etc.)
  • Provide back-office support to property managers (printing & mailing, insurance renewals, etc.)
  • Address general accounting questions from managers, clients, and vendors
  • Process closing requests (condo questionnaire, 22.1 disclosure, etc.)
  • Assist with accounts receivable and collections

Requirements
  • Must have strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products and web-based applications
  • Knowledge of condominium and homeowner associations preferred
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred

Compensation
  • Starting at $22/hour based on experience
